BBQ-styled fried chicken (Gà xào vị BBQ)














Taste description: The exotic taste is worth the complication of the recipe. Sweetness, sourness, spiciness, sour spiciness, white wine taste, hot pepper fragrance, fried onion fragrance, fried garlic fragrance, fried chicken fragrance are all combined in this dish. Ingredients:
- 200g sliced chicken
- salt (a very small pinch), sugar and pepper to taste
- 1tsp soy sauce
- 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 4 dashes of Worcester sauce
- 1/3 tsp vinegar
- 1tsp white wine
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 onion cloves
- 1tsp vegetable oil
- 1/3tsp mustard powder (back-up option being mustard paste)
- 4 dashes of chili powder















Procedures:

- Mix all the ingredients, leave for 30 minutes and stir fry (or leave for 2 hours and BBQ).
